The Regional Leasing Specialist partners with Regional Managers and onsite teams to drive leasing performance across an assigned portfolio of student housing properties. This role develops and executes portfolio leasing strategies using market trends and performance metrics while providing hands-on coaching and operational support to leasing teams. The position requires significant travel to ensure consistent execution of leasing and marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
