CAREERS: The Next Generation
The Regional Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for implementing the organization’s strategic goals into operational plans while managing day‑to‑day regional activities. This role provides leadership, oversees program delivery, budget administration, and human resources for the region, and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive regional success.
Careers The Next Generation (CAREERS) is an Alberta-based program that partners with schools and employers to connect high school students with paid internships and workplace learning opportunities. CAREERS coordinates placements, resources, and supports to help students gain hands-on experience, explore career paths, and build workplace skills. The organization also helps employers recruit and mentor youth talent, bridging classroom learning and the labour market.
