Regional Manager

Horizon Health is seeking a Full Time Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Central Region, which includes Wessington Springs, Plankinton, Fort Thompson, and Woonsocket. This role serves on the Operations Management Team, leading clinic staff and implementing approved practices to support patient needs and community health. The position involves coordinating with other leaders to set organizational strategies, project priorities, and quality initiatives.
