Regional Manager

The Regional Manager oversees day-to-day operations across a multi-site portfolio in the Houston and Austin markets, ensuring properties meet Hilltop's standards for performance, resident experience, and culture. This leadership role involves developing onsite teams, driving financial performance through revenue maximization and expense management, and serving as the key link between corporate strategy and field execution. The position requires regular travel between markets and reports directly to the Regional Vice President.
