This role focuses on executing JCB North America's dealer network growth strategy by identifying, recruiting, and developing high-performing dealers across defined geographic regions. The incumbent will manage end-to-end onboarding, drive dealer performance improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market presence in agriculture and construction equipment markets.

Responsibilities

Identify market gaps using data analytics to inform growth plans
Recruit and evaluate new dealer partners for underserved territories
Manage end-to-end onboarding and integration of new dealers
Drive performance improvements in sales, market share, and support
Collaborate with leadership to translate national strategies into regional execution
