Regional Office Liaison

The Regional Office Liaison serves as the point of contact for the Deputy Commissioner or Assistant Deputy Commissioner, overseeing day-to-day operations of Benefit Access Centers and Food Stamp sites in the region. The role involves representing the office at meetings, handling inquiries and complaints, monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and providing technical support and training to ensure efficient, lawful delivery of public assistance services.
