Regional Operations Manager, North

The Regional Operations Manager, North at Serve Robotics is responsible for leading day-to-day operations across Northern markets, managing a team of 5-8 leaders, overseeing market performance, and ensuring operational safety for autonomous delivery robots. This role includes full P&L ownership and requires developing and executing operational processes while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The manager will analyze performance metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and report on regional performance to senior leadership, all while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. The preferred location for this position is the Chicago metro area.
