About this role

The Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM) supports patient access to Neurocrine Biosciences’ marketed products across an assigned U.S. geography by serving as the field-facing liaison among healthcare providers, pharmacies, and HUB/payer partners. The role focuses on ensuring timely treatment initiation, maintaining the integrity of the company’s pharmacy distribution network, and serving as a subject matter expert on payer coverage and access policies. The RPAM partners cross-functionally with sales, market access, analytics, and operations to improve processes and access outcomes.
