PHENND
The LAC Regional Programs Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of AFSC's programs throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, including program direction, reporting, partnerships, and representation. They contribute to strategic planning and foster regional collaboration to ensure high-quality implementation aligned with AFSC's mission and values.
PHENND (Philadelphia Higher Education Network for Neighborhood Development) is a coalition of Philadelphia colleges and universities focused on neighborhood development through higher education. The network connects campuses with local nonprofits, community groups, and city partners to advance service-learning, community-based research, internships, and civic engagement. It provides coordination, resources, and opportunities for collaboration across institutions to design place-based projects that benefit Philadelphia neighborhoods. By aligning university expertise with community needs, PHENND helps students gain experiential learning while strengthening urban development and equity in the region.
