Regional Property Manager

The Regional Property Manager will supervise the Northern California regional office and oversee 10-12 HUD-subsidized senior housing properties across multiple states, managing 1,200+ units. The role includes ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, financial stability, property maintenance, and resident relations, while supervising Property Managers and staff. Travel is required weekly, and the position involves budgeting, reporting, and coordination with the Salvation Army's mission and policies.
