Regional Property Manager

The Regional Property Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of B.HOM Student Living communities within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving property performance, developing and leading General Managers, maximizing financial results, and ensuring consistent execution of B.HOM operational standards. The position serves as a key partner to property teams, senior leadership, ownership groups, and asset managers while maintaining accountability for occupancy, financial performance, resident experience, team development, and the physical condition of assigned communities.
