EAH Housing
The Regional Property Supervisor will oversee the fiscal, physical, and operational aspects of a portfolio of HUD and Tax Credit properties, ensuring compliance and financial performance. The role includes supervising site staff, conducting regular site visits, and acting as a liaison between properties and the central office. The supervisor will also collaborate with development on acquisitions and report to senior management and regulatory agencies.
