The RN Regional Resource Pool is a flexible, self-scheduling Registered Nurse role providing coverage across multiple Sentara hospitals in the Hampton Roads and Williamsburg region. The position offers premium differential pay and requires residency within 75 miles/90 minutes of the covered hospitals, with a minimum of 48 scheduled hours per pay month and night-shift availability. Candidates must have at least 18 months of RN experience and can work up to full-time hours if desired.
