Regional Safeguarding Advisor, Asia

The Regional Safeguarding Advisor for Asia at the International Rescue Committee leads regional efforts to promote a safeguarding culture, prevent and respond to safeguarding harm, and advance IRC’s Safeguarding Minimum Standards. The role provides technical advisory support to program teams and partners across Asia, shapes survivor-centered responses, and contributes to learning and capacity building across offices. The position is jointly managed by the Senior Safeguarding Director (Crisis, Response, Recovery & Development) and the Regional People & Culture Director and requires travel up to 40%.
