Regional Safety & Security Partner

The Regional Safety & Security Partner serves as the primary field-based resource for safety, security, and risk management across assigned markets. This role partners with Operations, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to protect employees, residents, and company assets through incident response, investigations, and security oversight. The position requires proactive risk mitigation, site security assessments, and coordination with external agencies to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
