Regional Supervisor – Operations & Onboarding

The Regional Supervisor – Operations & Onboarding supports the California Climate Action Corps by managing fellowship operations, including timecard administration, financial reporting, and compliance tracking for over 400 fellows. The role also involves serving as a primary liaison for regional fellows and host partners, facilitating professional development, and conducting virtual and in-person site visits. This position requires a proactive self-starter who can manage high-volume administrative processes while maintaining strong relationships with program stakeholders.
