The Regional Technical Officer (SRTO) for Supply Chain provides technical leadership and mentorship to strengthen supply chain management, pharmaceutical services, and data use across Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. This role serves as a technical bridge between regional health management teams, health facilities, and implementing partners to ensure the uninterrupted availability of HIV/AIDS and TB commodities. The position focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making, improving supply chain systems, and building the capacity of frontline staff and local partners.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to strengthen supply chain management and pharmaceutical services
Monitor stock status and analyze inventory trends to prevent stock-outs and minimize expiries
Strengthen use of eLMIS, DHIS2, and GoTHOMIS for accurate reporting and data-driven decision making
