Regional Trainer (RN Preferred)

Novant Health Urgent Cares is seeking a Regional Clinical Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for new and existing urgent care staff across the region. The trainer will assess training needs, create curricula, and evaluate program effectiveness while serving as a liaison among center managers, operations directors, and the training department.
