RNDC is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead field execution of leadership development programs and sales coaching for front-line sales leaders. This role focuses on delivering onboarding training, reinforcing learning through social strategies, and coordinating statewide regulations education within the beverage alcohol industry. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador for recruiting while supporting the growth of sales professionals up to the first-management level.
