Regional Transition Manager

This role supports the Regional Manager and Regional Vice President in transitioning newly acquired apartment assets to Bell's operational platform. The position involves coordinating people and processes to ensure optimal property performance, managing internal department liaisons, and assisting with dispositions. Candidates will also lead on-site recruiting efforts and act as a resource to the Community Manager during the transition period.
