Regional Vice President

The Regional Vice President for Water & Energy Services is the senior regional leader responsible for shaping, scaling, and sustaining the company's presence, performance, and influence across a defined geographic region. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, market leadership, financial performance, and organizational development within the Water & Energy Services vertical. The RVP is accountable for translating the company's national vision into regional reality, defining growth strategies, strengthening market positions, and developing long-term client and partner relationships. Additionally, the RVP serves as the primary steward of regional financial performance, owning P&L outcomes, margin expansion, and revenue quality while building and evolving the regional leadership team.
