About this role

A Nursing Graduate participates in the patient care delivery process under the direct line-of-sight supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The role supports patient care activities, orients to RN assignments, and may assist with medication administration under RN supervision. New graduates must be enrolled in and have started the Intermountain Nurse Residency program before providing direct patient care.
