Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves following Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision to help patients develop communication, motor, academic, social, and independence skills. The position offers immediate openings for full-time or part-time schedules with support for RBT certification.
