About this role
A Registered Behavior Technician supports the developmental needs of children with autism as part of a clinical team supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves in-person, direct care using evidence-based behavioral approaches to support communication, social, and daily living skills. Training is provided and candidates are expected to obtain RBT certification during onboarding.
