Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a vital member of Claratel’s interdisciplinary care team, responsible for implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and other behavioral health needs. Under the close supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT provides direct one-on-one and group services aimed at increasing functional skills, reducing maladaptive behaviors, and improving overall quality of life for the individuals served. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to make a measurable impact in the lives of individuals and families in the community.
