Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Gersh Autism is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct, one-on-one instruction and behavioral support to students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing individualized education plans, collecting data on student progress, and assisting with social skills training to help students achieve their academic and behavioral goals. This is a year-round, school-based position requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to improving the lives of students with special needs.
