Charm City Therapy
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. This full-time role requires working closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and contribute to the individual's therapeutic goals. The position is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
