About this role
A Behavior Technician at MeBe is responsible for providing individualized support to children with autism by teaching behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a one-on-one setting. This role involves implementing treatment plans developed by BCBAs, monitoring and recording progress, and engaging with families while maintaining professional boundaries. The Technician must also uphold workplace safety and organization, while contributing to team projects and cultural initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications
- RBT certification preferred
- TRICARE certification preferred
