Registered Behavior Technician

A Behavior Technician at MeBe provides individualized support to children with autism, focusing on teaching behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting. Responsibilities include executing treatment plans developed by BCBAs, monitoring and documenting each child’s progress using a data collection system, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with families while adhering to ABA and insurance regulations. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday, possess a high school diploma, and preferably have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
