Registered Behavior Technician

The Registered Behavior Technician provides direct, in-person behavioral intervention services to children, teens, and young adults under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching new skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and collecting accurate behavioral data. RBTs work in various settings such as homes, clinics, schools, or community environments to support meaningful outcomes for clients and their families.
