Registered Behavior Technician

Granby Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct behavioral support and implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves supporting students in developing communication, social, academic, adaptive, and self-regulation skills while promoting independence and positive behavior within a collaborative, student-centered environment. The position requires collecting behavioral data, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies, and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
