The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role at MeBe involves providing direct, play-filled, evidence-based behavioral therapy and parent training to children with autism and other special needs. This position also serves as an entry point into the company's unique BCBA Candidate Program, offering extensive supervised fieldwork hours and tuition discounts to help employees earn their Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential. The ideal candidate works within a multi-disciplinary team specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Tricare certification.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism and special needs
Conduct parent training sessions to educate families on evidence-based strategies
Develop and update initial and ongoing treatment plans for clients
Administer standardized assessments such as VBMAPP and Vineland
Collect and analyze behavioral data for program development
