About this role

MeBe Family is seeking RBTs to join their Candidate Program for aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This role involves working with children with autism and other special needs while receiving unlimited, free supervised fieldwork hours to prepare for the BCBA exam. Participants will gain hands-on experience in treatment planning, data analysis, and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of experienced BCBAs.

Responsibilities

Create and update individualized treatment plans for clients
Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
Conduct assessments using tools like VBMAPP and Vineland
Provide parent training on evidence-based approaches
Analyze data to track client progress and adjust strategies
