Registered Clinical Dietitian

The Registered Clinical Dietitian supports the nutritional health and overall well-being of clients at the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre by providing individualized nutrition assessments, developing care plans, and delivering evidence-informed counselling. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help clients manage health conditions and achieve their health goals through practical, sustainable recommendations. The position also includes facilitating nutrition education programs and consulting with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
