About this role

The Registered Dietitian will serve as the Community Research RD delivering nutrition care within a national study to improve continuity of nutrition care between hospitals and home-delivered meal providers in partnership with Mom’s Meals and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The role is remote/hybrid with required travel in the Chicago, IL area and the candidate must be local to Chicago. The RD may also opt to work additional remote hours as a Mom’s Meals Nutrition Educator.
