The Registered Dietitian in the Renal Dialysis Unit provides nutritional assessment and care for hemodialysis patients at a 48-station outpatient dialysis center. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized nutrition plans and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary nephrology team. This is a full-time, onsite position located at the Irondequoit Seneca Ridge Dialysis Center.
