Registered Nurse - Acute (Surgical/Ortho) providing inpatient nursing care on a 29-bed medical-surgical unit (7 North) caring for surgical, orthopedic and general medical patients. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive patient- and family-centered care. The position participates in multidisciplinary teams and adheres to hospital policies, department protocols, and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.
