Registered Nurse for the Adult Stepdown Unit at Elliot Health System providing care for acutely ill, moderately complex medical, surgical, cardiac, trauma, and psychiatric patients in a 12-bed private-room unit with ICU-like features and telemetry monitoring. The role operates within a patient- and family-centered care model and supports close observation and monitoring with a standard 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio.
