Registered Nurse - Cardiothoracic Stepdown

This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a 48-bed progressive care unit for complex cardiovascular surgical patients, including transplant, CABG, and VAD recipients. The position requires managing post-operative care for peripheral vascular procedures, renal transplants, and thoracic surgery patients. Nurses will maintain a 1:3 to 1:4 ratio with support from Patient Care Technicians.
