Registered Nurse in a blended emergency department and inpatient stepdown unit providing care for adult patients (18+) by applying the nursing process, patient and family education, and continuum of care planning. The role works night shift (7:00pm–7:00am, three times weekly, 36 hours) and collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to establish patient goals and evaluate progress. The unit offers experience across emergency and inpatient care, supporting professional growth and marketable nursing skills.
