About this role
The Emergency Department RN Transition to Practice Program at South Shore Health is a 12-week training program in a Level II Trauma Center designed to transition new or early-career nurses into full-time emergency department roles. Successful participants are placed into full-time day-shift positions (36 hours/week). Program begins 3/23/26.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- RN - Registered Nurse (Board of Registration in Nursing, Massachusetts)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - AHA
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - AHA
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) - ENA
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR)
- Emergency Response Training (ERT)
