CHEO
The Float Team nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for pediatric patients and families across various hospital units. This role allows nurses to develop a broad range of pediatric skills by covering just-in-time needs or longer-term vacancies throughout CHEO. Practitioners must adhere to the standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
