About this role

The Registered Nurse II provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care on a 19-bed acute cardiovascular unit (5 East) serving transplant, heart failure, LVAD, vascular surgery and general cardiology patients. Working under general supervision, the role applies the principles of the nursing process to deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.
