The role supports patient teaching, health promotion, and coordination of care across clinical areas, following professional nursing standards. BSN or MSN preferred; ASN or higher required.

- ACLS & PALS or ENPC (within 1 year for Emergency Care)
- ONS/ONCC or Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card (within 6 months for Oncology)
- NRP (within 6 months for Perinatal)
- PALS (within 6 months for Inpatient Pediatrics)
