The Staff Registered Nurse: Tertiary Care practices within the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model to deliver individualized, high-quality nursing care in a tertiary care setting. The role is accountable for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care, coordination across the care continuum, and adherence to Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act and Lahey Clinic standards. The nurse supports patient/family education, professional relationships, clinical leadership, and evidence-based practice.
