About this role
A Registered Nurse (RN) 2 provides nursing care within a designated inpatient specialty area, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with simple to complex, multi-system issues. The RN applies lifespan growth and development knowledge to interpret patient data, engages therapeutically with patients and families, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. The role reports to the Director or Nurse Manager and may supervise licensed nursing assistants and unlicensed personnel.
