The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care in a multidisciplinary ICU, accountable for assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practice and technology. This full-time role is based at McKay-Dee Hospital and supports a variety of high-acuity patient types including cardiovascular surgery, trauma, neuro, stroke, medical, and surgical cases. The ICU is fast-paced with typical 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios and variable shift start times.
