About this role
The Family Birth Center RN provides comprehensive, family-centered care across antepartum, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum and the Level II nursery for mothers and newborns. The role supports both healthy and select high-risk patients (eg, preterm births, preeclampsia) and practices with high autonomy while receiving 24/7 on-call support from neonatal and OB providers. This PRN/pool position is part of a close-knit LDRP unit focused on relationship-based care and patient safety.
