About this role
A Registered Nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center provides nursing care to adult patients (18+) enrolled in the VICP program, many of whom are under-resourced, homeless, or have addiction issues. The role supports an interdisciplinary medical-home team focused on improving health outcomes and reducing reliance on emergency and inpatient services. This is a full-time night-shift position (7:00pm–7:00am, three nights per week; 36 hours/week).
