About this role

Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) float position within Lehigh Valley Health Network’s multi-site SEAL Team, providing nursing coverage across Medical Surgical/Telemetry, Progressive/Critical Care, and Emergency Departments. The role offers shift variety, flexible deployment, full benefits, structured orientation, ongoing upskilling, and peer mentoring as part of a regional float team affiliated with Jefferson Health. It is based onsite at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest with a regular day-shift schedule and rotating weekends/holidays.
